Description

A 20th-century ceramic serving bowl produced at the Kozan kiln in the Gifu region of Japan and imported to the United States by Otagiri Mercantile Company (OMC), a well-known Japanese trading firm founded in 1954. The bowl showcases classic Mino ware styling with a rich palette of cobalt blue, iron red, and gold accents, combining geometric border patterns with a finely hand-painted central mountain village landscape. A faint original OMC gold foil label and base stamp remain present. Size: 7" diameter × 2" high. Condition: Good vintage condition with light, age-appropriate wear.
